Wish Rooney had attended. Love the theme of this year, and the red carpet is a glorious mess right now (in the best way possible). She would've killed it. I'm glad she wasn't there, it was a circus this year... Kardashians and co taking selfies and smoking in the bathroom when they weren't supposed to. |

I'm sure worse things have happened before  What struck me about the theme was it was basically the deconstruction of femininity/society. Roons has done this before, during the awards season for Carol. There were a lot of bombs at this years Met but I think it was one of their most creative themes in a while. Rooney having done the deconstruction thing so well before, I would've loved to have seen her do it again. She knows how this works better than most me thinks. These two would've been perfect for the Met this year.   |

That would be perfect timing if and it`s a BIG if, Mary Magdalene gets released in the Spring.Realistically though, we all know it`s going to be sold/pushed back.  |
