Roons is a forum dedicated to actress Rooney Mara. Here, you will find various topics and discussions related and unrelated to her. Things related to her consist of news/discussions on her upcoming projects, filmography, schedule, etc. And things unrelated to her are general discussions on Films, TV, Music, Actors, Filmmakers, Awards Season, etc. Any fan of Rooney is welcomed here. emhm, we don't have that?  standard rules for any forum, i guess would be useful, and just use your common sense and behave :D no specifics about Rooney or other subjects we didn't have any problemes so far, no trolling or spaming but perhaps we should make something extra for us?  |

I was a bit disappointed because I posted a comment on the latest photos where I say that I don't believe the relationship between Rooney and Phoenix is real and it was deleted :stupid: I'm sorry if I broke any rule, by reading some of the posts I thought this view was allowed here but maybe it isn't? It would be nice to know if this is the forum policy or if it was just one mod applying their own views. Many posters are commenting this kind of news so I thought it was allowed. Sorry again. |

I didn't delete your post, but I'm not surprised someone did. We try our best to go only by facts and not theories. facts and not theories?? really? this forum would be dead in that case, like any other discussion forum. nothing wrong with a bit of speculation (on every topic) or gossip or wishful thinking, if it's in a respectful manner, not offensive language and it proper thread, why not? why this auto censorship again? maybe we should make one thread for crazy theories like flat Earth, chemtrails and Rooney going thrugh a sex change, i'd be up for it  no need to delete posts without a warning or explanation, especially if there are no clear rules against posting this or that

I never said it was ok to delete posts, Just said I wasn’t surprised one of the mods did. I have defended the idea of not having posts deleted in the past, no matter how much I or anyone else disagreed with it.

I'm the anon above who posted the deleted "theory". I don't believe that Rooney and Joaquin are really together and - if you really want to hear it - I can explain why it all seems fake and constructed by the media to me - but I really hope this won't prevent me from being part of this community. I'm not really interested about Rooney's private life and I don't really want to post in other forums (lchat, Marchett) like someone suggested because I'm interested in Rooney's career and I've been following her for years. I prefer this forum because you're all so knowledgeable about her, have a lot of information and the latest updates. Sorry again for my post, I just saw that other posts stating "theories" were not deleted and thought I could be open about my opinion. Anyway, hopefully we'll get some news about Rooney soon, especially about her art or film projects. |

i'm trying to stay away from her relationship/s recently, because i think it's too much about this everywhere, our forum included, but as you know we have a severe drought regarding any other news right now, so i hope this imbalance will end soon. she will find a new movie project and we'll be on the right track again meantime share and enjoy what we have so far, don't hesitate to bring up some old threads and topics, a new point of view and your input will be appraciated, have fun! |
