Irony. Mary Magdalene will be the only Rooney movie to be released in cinemas in my country at the same time as in other countries. So the week of March 22, I tell you what it is like. Nervous :)

Probably better. If the movie is actually good, it's better for it to be released in the US later, maybe during the fall season (but with different distributor of course).

Maybe a US later release for this wouldn't be such a bad thing - if of course the film and Rooney's performance can draw some attention. It's just such a shame that given the subject matter, limited release and low budget of Una, she wasn't nominated for anything. Hopefully things will be different here.
