Joker is in the main competition.  WB must have a LOT of confidence in this.I think Joaquin is going to be a real contender for Best Actor at Venice and at The Academy Awards.Excited about Ad Astra and Marriage Story too. |

I am looking forward to the Joker, if for no other reasons, to see if Rooney shows up with Joaquin for the international premiere.

The Joker premieres with five different showings, mostly on August 31.

I'm not the biggest fan of Baumbach but those trailers are    , Kramer Vs Kramer vibes.Scarlett and Adam are coming for all the acting awards . |
