It’s North American premiere, so no Telluride :( ( too mainstream for it) but Venezia is almost a sure thing

Besides Joker with a possible Joaquin and Rooney appearance, I am looking forward to Judy.
Renee Zellweger plays the lead, Judy Garland, and at least one review has slotted her as a best actress nom. Interestingly Renee is from Katy Texas, where I live, and for a a couple of years, a women her age, looking exactly like Renee, worked out very hard everyday, at the same gym I use Haven't seen her since right before Judy began filming, so guessing it was her. Renee has picked up quite a bit of work since then.

The schedule is now out. Joker premieres on Monday September 9th. Judy premieres on the 10th. Portrait of a Lady on Fire (which got two awards in Cannes) on Thursday September 5th. Marriage Story on Sunday September 8th. The complete schedule is on the original post or HERE!. Charles |
