Loved it too. What exactly she said at the end of trailer like in repeat?
I really don't know. Something like:
Voice (Gosling ?): I love you (echo)
Faye: Say "I have to mean it" (?)
But it's 100% not what she said, of course.
I think it's "Say it like you mean it". Hence the repeat of "I love you".

aand i'm done! Nice shots! :) nobody blinks like Rooney. And now i wonder why they didn't put her name first in the poster. According to the trailer she's like the center of the story, it would be nice to have an asymmetrical poster with Rooney's pic bigger.

Don't forget to have this mini-movie marathon before you watch Song to Song
Drive The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Shame Black Swan
(It's important that all four films are from 2010-2011 period  )

haha
Ehrlich certainly wasn't a big fan of the last three installments in Malick's opus but we know he will love this one because of Rooney :)

I´m in :) . Great filmes for different reasons. I adore Black Swan. Shame is an extraordinary movie, quite misunderstood in the real issues it addresses. Probably one of the best filmes ever about pain and about being trapped in the big sense of the word. You know, that´s THE topic of Steve M. (I really want Rooney to work with McQueen someday, maybe See Saw can make it happen) Fassy and Mulligan give a masterpiece of performance. Drive has a brilliant cinematography and a really attractive sense of darkness,... And Fincher we love him for being Fincher, nothing more and nothing less.

So yeah... that Song to Song trailer... looks great. Out of the 2017 Rooney films, Song to Song definitely is my most anticipated.

:lol2: Her foot is replacing the vegan pie? what is funny is that the word “ pie” means foot in Spanish, “ pied” in French, “ piede” in Italian. Both vegan at the end, the pie and the foot. Seems like a joke between Malick and Lowery. :)

Is it just me or does Roons look like the star of this movie What a presence she's got I came to that conclusion, but then it is only a trailer. If it turns out that way, Malick will be like Haynes, G Davis, and Fincher to be really blown away by Rooney's work. After all look at the cast that was filmed, and the names that she surpassed. When I had heard that after the wrap party Malick took Rooney, Ryan, and the cinematographer to Merida, Mexico for additional filming I hoped that was what was happening. Looks like not only a new Malick movie, but yet another totally different Mara performance as a draw. Maybe this one might actually make money for Broadgreen. I hope so. Charles Oh, one last comment, thanks to all the folks that english is not you first language. The ideas, vocabulary, and overall grammar is really good on this board. Good job and thanks. C Thank you for the comment! One of the reasons I joined here (and in imdb) was to practice my English. IRL there aren't many possibilities to communicate in English. Lately I've been busy and haven't made many posts, sorry about that. Too bad skills arent so fluent yet that I could whip up some posts on the go (and fast). It takes effort and time to write something... Reading is easier, so thanks to all providing news and interesting topics here.
