yeah, ^there's a part of it, but it ends way too early :cry1: i made this for my entertainment :D waiting for more though  I don't get why Garth deleted it, he said: " It’s a beautiful scene". And yes I would love to see what the main camera captured :). |

I think that's a better question for Harvey Ha! and now he thinks he's an editor too?... is it me or he's the only producer/executive who likes to show up everywhere and say no matter what to catch attention?... he's like a Kardashian. |

I will never forgive him the way how he handled The Immigrant in 2013. It's one of the jewels of modern American Cinema and because of Harvey, small number of people are aware that this movie actually exists. And who knows how many scenes ended up on the cutting room floor. :anger2:

I don't get why filmmakers and people in general find him/his studio alluring after knowing everything that comes with it. If you're a filmmaker, a project that is so very dear to you, worth that kind of risk? I don't get that entirely. I personally in their situation would run far far far away from him  |

I'd like to think it was Todd's decision ultimately. Auteurs like Todd and PTA are usually given complete creative freedom and I'm pretty sure they have those things in place in their contracts before filming. The Marketing is what almost always takes the hit in the end with their films though. Weinstein strikes me as someone who wants to take risks, but in his ego to control everything, ends up rewiring everything not only he has worked hard on but also everyone else. it's unfortunate. |

I was a so a proud Rooney fan when at Palm Spring she said "I wanna thank Harvey for respect the film exactly the way it is and for respect me exactly the way I am"... You need courage and confidence to say that in a room full of movie-business-guys. Luckily for us Roo has tons of both
I know Harvey is also like a family's friend to her and cause that read Lion script "was a favor". But still I love how the respect was of center of her speech that night and how important is it in her life and professional decision

She knows that being herself in an industry like this is a privilege. A privilege she has so far and I'm sure she's grateful for that. But it's just my opinion |

There was joke in 2015, each time people thanked Matt Lauer in their speech (one of the host of Good morning america), he would donate $1000 from his salary. So people thanked him several times during their speech :) The idea was from Ellen DeGeneres, both were playing pranks on each other. At the end he told Ellen he would donate the money if she does it too, meaning the same amount $69000 each. So as Harvey said to Billy he's worth $180 millions back then, he could give more :) even Billy Bob will thank him. |
