Lol... :lol2: this is so Spike. Now, I actually want to see Rooney and Dev in parody of their own scene.

So subliminal, a nice creative way to show the 2 parallels :) . Yes. Lion is such a visual film. Harvey & Oscars Circus made it look more manipulative than it is. I think it's a pretty cinematographic experience (which is enhanced if you see it in a movie theater). I think that if Lion has a defect is the script and the direction too inclined to value its protagonist. That's why I think Garth could fail in doing Amanda a 3D character as House director

Just dawned on me that Lucy is the second made up girlfriend (first being Erica) of a character that's based on a real person. She could make a career based off playing imaginary girlfriends. Hell, she's already filled that void for me.

Right, but there's no evidence that person was his girlfriend (in fact he was already dating his current wife at the time) let alone she did or said any of those things. And we already know Lucy is an amalganation of multiple girls because there needed to be a "Hollywood girlfriend" in the script

Did her character serve the story and was Garth able to meld the reality and her imaginary character together well? Sorkin and Fincher were able to do that (If the Erica character was not based on a real person).

It was fine, but the film would've probably functioned by its own without her, since she's merely there to support Garth, and Nicole's character already fills that void. Erica on the other hand is the direct reason as to why Mark begins his whole road to world domination.

I hope he never does it again no matter how well Rooney and he work together.

Funny how youtubers find stuff (The one that made me laugh the other day was the one about The discovery, on why Isla was shot in the stomach and not in the brain, I bet Charlie was surprised too). I think they wasted time trashing the brother, I don't remember those events in the book. With AHITS Harvey won't be around
