 I really love Joaquin and Rooney are involved in this devastating cause that many seem to have left behind for other, more fashionable causes. I also love the black clothes and the no makeup they wear, in the sense that this is not about them at all. That's a quality that Joaquin and Rooney have always had, together and separately, which makes a huge difference. |

Anthony is fantastic in The Father. A few years ago I saw the play and the film version really does justice to the intensity of the quality of the text and at the same time takes advantage of the cinema as a medium, which is rare and very difficult to do. Florian could perfectly be nominated as a director. Huppert was campaigning with him ... Between Zoom and the consolation awards, this awards season is being a bit sad ... Not that it's important next to what's going on in the world, but it's been a year of great films that still deserve their moment and recognition |
