No big surprises here, except few minor ones; didn't know she was one of the options for Stoker.

You can find similar lists for literally every actor on this page. I totally forgot she was attached to Brooklyn at one point.That one must sting a bit. That would had been a wonderful movie for her, everything about it... but Saorise did a great job, can't deny it. |

It would  be great  Antagonist: The Silent Patient revolves around a central female antagonist by the name of Alicia Berenson; Rooney Mara attended the Joker premiere at the Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy The novel follows the quest of protagonist, Theo Faber, a criminal psychologist, who. having wanted to meet with Alicia, is determined to get her to spill her guts. The Silent Patient is described as a ‘twisty’ thriller and has garnered a major fan following since its release in February of 2019. |

People who read The Silent Patient says it would be perfect for Lynne Ramsay or Fincher. OMG. Don’t play with my heart :). For the description I think Rooney is really perfect as Alicia. Objectively. I mean “speaking with silence’ it has to be Rooney (or Marion Cotillard)

I mean “speaking with silence’ it has to be Rooney (or Marion Cotillard) Happy New Year, guys <3 Brad Pitt's production company optioned this.He's best friends with Fincher, so he could end up directing this,(hopefully) with Rooney as the lead.I read the book a few months ago and loved it,it's very Hitchcockian,which is right in Fincher's wheelhouse. |

Rooney would be perfect for the part for many reasons, especially with Fincher at the helm. She can be silent for most of the movie and express so much with her eyes; much more than some actresses with a lot of text.
But don't be surprised if some more "bankable" actress is chosen instead...it's Hollywood after all.
