I think this wasn't posted here before; it's from March 30 - interesting review/opinion/analysis of the movie.

I just finished the film! I thought the cinematography was absolutely breathtaking, the preformances were great. Rooney was fantastic! Cate's in the film for longer than I expected, Holly Hunter is great as Natalie's mom. I'm definitely going to be buying a copy of this on Blu-Ray. : I'm too! ☺️

Apparently it's leaked... I might check it out at some point . Question tho: I haven't seen any Terrance Malick films before, should I watch any of his films before seeing Song to Song, if so which should I watch?

I recommend The Tree of Life and Knight of Cups right before Song to Song because, judging by the most reviews, style is very similar, almost identical. And after watching these two you'll get the right idea of what exactly you're getting yourself into You can try Malick's early work (Badlands, Days of Heaven) and middle (The Thin Red Line and New World) later.
My favorites are The Tree of Life and Badlands. Personal advice - watch all three films with open mind, enjoy cinematography and actors and think about it as poetry. Maybe a bit boring but certainly more beautiful than prose (read - every other, non-Malick film ;) )

Fassy seducing Natalie while Danse Macabre by Saint-Saëns is playing in the background. I freaking LOVE this scene ! :

I really loved this one, I don't care what the critics say. Of course, I'm also a Malick apologist in general.
