Sometimes I remember that The Discovery is literally the movie that Jonathan Demme saw before he died and I find it impressive ... And love it a little more for that  And I would like Rooney to find a young Indie director with whom to make Linklaters movies. I don’t know, maybe Zal or Andrew Haigh  |

Sturla Brandth Grøvlen, cinematographer of The Discovery is pretty amazing. His work in VICTORIA (2015) and SHIRLEY (2020) is truly extraordinary. Hope you watch them someday. Points to Charlie McDowell for good taste and and for giving him his first job in the USA. In a perfect world he would get an Oscar nomination for Best Cinematography in “Shirley’. Among the best of the year for sure. Watch it!. Also I love Josephine Decker so much.  |
