Cate Blanchett Joins James Gray, Adam McKay’s Next Films
Nightmare Alley, Mrs. America and now this (and that upcoming Lucille Ball biopic is waiting) - it looks like Cate is on a roll again. I would like to see her work with Yorgos Lanthimos too, something tells me the result would be glorious.

OMG OMG James Gray!!! I don’t like McKay but it’s interesting. Did you like Ad Astra? I loved it

I liked it very much (it's in my Top 10 of 2019). Not sure why so many people are disappointed ; anyone familiar with Grey' style should've known what his version of Sci-fi would look like. And in my opinion he delivered.

I haven’t watched The truth about Emmanuel, totally forgot Rooney was one of the producers. Maybe I’ll watch the Servant tonight. Was thinking about watching that new Tom Hans movie, before reading this.

I haven’t watched The truth about Emmanuel, totally forgot Rooney was one of the producers. Maybe I’ll watch the Servant tonight. Was thinking about watching that new Tom Hans movie, before reading this. In her Twitter she explained the copy frame by frame and the “coincidence “ is incredible Finally watched The ruth about Emmanuel and The servant. Yes, both dramas have similarities, like 5 marked things in common without counting the scenes mentioned on Gregorini’s Tweets. There was one though in which she posted both scenes from The servant (Shot of antagonist through baby’s crib). One has an emotional approach and the other a creepy one with better narrative and production. I would say they took the elements, added more layers and improved the story. Just because of that the Servant team could get away with everything. I wouldn’t blame apple, but they should hire someone to check on everything before producing big projects. I watched both and then read the tweets… before reading the tweets I thought it was just the writer’s fault, but after checking on those tweets M. Night Shyamalan clearly saw the movie too. The servant’s nanny looked familiar, just realized she was on Game of thrones.
