This greedy, non-original, big studio Hollywood system needs to collapse in the same way it happened in the mid-1960s. I'm sure it will.
The day is coming. How many original films are even (studio) coming out this year? Aside from reboots, sequels. What a way to stop people from going to the theatre. The only movie and series I've seen in all versions including animated has been Heidi I think :) . I haven't think the last one yet.

Kate is good enough on her own, but i can't help and notice her similarity to Rooney, just in a few glimpses from the trailer, but it's there :D . movie looks ok I really had some hopes for this film from whatever little I had read about the story, but after seeing the trailer I have to say I'm a bit nervous :nervous: . Hopefully this film and the one with Ellen Page works out in the end for Queen Katie

I've been trying to search the 'Onion Butt' clip of Rooney's from The Winning Season for some time now , It's a really funny scene between Sam Rockwell and Roons. If anyone finds it please share it, lol.

Just I saw I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore which won Grand Jury Prize at Sundance 2017. It's in Netflix. It's dark fun and smart at times but also really dull at times. I don't think it's worthy of any award. Thoughts?

Thoughts? i liked it overall, but i expected something different after all those raves from Sundance, i don't know i was a little bit disturbed by violence in it, i'm not sure it was necessary to this extent, Melanie was really good though.

No surprise that the guy from EW has so much "substance" in his opinion. I read somewhere that EW has the worst movie reviews. Is that true ?
Also, no surprise that Richard Brody is the most thoughtful of them all.

Yeah, they are sometimes very short, and take forever to get to the reviewer's actual opinion of the movie, they also give like everything a B+ (not all reviews, but most)
Lol...the guy from EW is removed from the article :lol2:

Why do you guys think of The Great Gatsby (2013)? I love it sooo much, with all it's flaws, I still think it's near perfect. Roons needs to work with Baz asap, me thinks
